PAYMENTS

All payments are made via PayPal however you do not need a PayPal account to do this.

This is the most safe and secure method and no card details are stored by us. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay via your card by selecting Debit/Credit card and checking out as a guest.

All prices displayed are in UK pounds sterling.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Gilbert and Goosefield charge a standard shipping rate of £4.95 regardless of how much you order for UK orders excluding Northern Ireland and the Islands. Heavier or larger items may incur a different postage charge but this will be clearly indicted on the item description. For international and Island locations please contact us at hello@gilbertandgoosefield prior to placing your order and we will provide a postage quote for you.

It is our intention to ship all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed and if there are any delays we will contact you via the email address you provide.

All orders are safely packaged with the use of both bubble wrap and secured in their box with the use of either packing paper or packing peanuts. The peanuts are biodegradable and will dissolve in water. Please note we may from time to time re-use and recycle boxes we have received.

Gilbert and Goosefield will continually review our packing materials and make changes as appropriate that not only ensure the safe arrival of your goods but reduce any environmental impact.

We would love for you to reuse or recycle your packaging where possible. Thanks.

RETURNS

In the highly unlikely event you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. All items must be returned to us in the same condition they were sent to you, unused and in their original packaging.

For all returns you are required to arrange and pay for the return postage cost. Please contact us on the above email address to initiate any returns stating clearly the reason and at this point we will provide the return address.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit so request that you obtain proof of postage when returning.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive and you find one faulty, please contact us again on the above email address and aim to report any damages within 24 hours of receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Gilbert and Goosefield, we respect all of our customers privacy and take this very seriously. Your information will NEVER be shared with any 3rd party and we will only ever use your email address to issue updates on your order.
